Where is my package?

To track your order, please check your email associated with your purchase. You’ll find a unique tracking number there. Use this number to visit the shipping carrier’s website. On their site, you can input the tracking number and see the latest updates on your package’s status.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

To help us locate your package, please verify the shipping address, inquire at your local post office, and check with neighbors

What if I have a problem with my order?

We realize that for many people, creating custom products online may be new. With that in mind, we’ve rigorously tested our fulfillment systems and over time have developed the best balance of automation and human supervision.

Customized goods are generally not accompanied by guarantees, but Custom Printful is changing that: We deliver high-quality products – products that look just like what you created on our site – and we do so on time.

If the custom products you receive differ materially from what you created at CustomPrintful.com, if the goods are otherwise flawed, or if your order arrives later than promised, then you may return the custom goods for a full refund, within 15 days of receiving your custom order. All we ask is that you notify Custom Printful before returning any goods to ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at [insert your support email here] with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at [insert your support email here] within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. You can pay using major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, PayPal or Apple Pay.

How many do I have to order?

Custom Printful can print as many items as you need for your group, but we know that sometimes you only need one. We can help you there too with no minimum products! A print minimum is the set lowest number of items an order needs to contain to be able to be printed, and it’s a good idea to always check for the print minimum on products.

For some of our most popular products like t-shirts, sweatshirts, tanks, and even baby bodysuits, you can order as little as one item through our digital printing service. See a list of these products on our No Minimum Product Category Page.

Can I use your design templates or create my own?

You can either use our pre-designed templates as a starting point for your projects, or create your own designs from scratch. Our templates offer a great foundation to get you started quickly, but feel free to customize them to match your specific needs and preferences.

Do you offer international shipping?

International shipping is not available at this time. We’re committed to growing our business and eventually providing our products to customers worldwide.
